Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- This power meter is accurate under all conditions, adapts to temperature changes and calibrates automatically while cycling.
- Because of its sturdiness and high waterproofing, this power meter is very suitable for mountain biking.
- The carbon crank arms are light and stiff.
- This power meter measures the power on both sides and is therefore very accurate.
- The chain line is adapted to mountain bikes with a 148 mm Boost installation width.
- With a smaller installation width than 148 mm, the chain line can be less than optimal. However, this may differ per model.

Top power meter
I installed this power meter instead of a Truvativ crank. Installation is a piece of cake if you have the right tools. To loosen and tighten a dub crank you need an 8mm spanner with a reasonably long torque/arm....otherwise 54nm becomes a pain in the ass. Also to tighten the crank, you need a torque spanner that goes up to 54nm. I can't say much about the durability of the power meter and crank yet. Everything runs smoothly, looks well finished and works easily and properly. The after-sales service from sram is also top, I had a question and it was answered immediately by email.

Fully satisfied with the service offered by Mantel. After several purchases over the past few months to date I can say with certainty that it is the best online shop, with seriousness and timing in delivery that other online shops do not have. I live in Italy and Mantel is like the shop behind my house. I recommend Mantel 101%.
